Currently ranked 3rd in the nation, the players have been training once a week this season with the weighted gear and the results are evident in the team's success despite the loss of some key individuals. Top NHLers getting the edge with Power Wear

Stanley Cup champion goaltender Antti Niemi and the well-known Koivu brothers, Saku and Mikko, are just a few of the many NHLers who have taken to training with Power Wear training gear. Niemi, now of the San Jose Sharks, started using the weighted shorts while playing for Pelicans Lahti of the Finnish SM-Liiga. Saku and Mikko Koivu are also long-time users who play for Anaheim and Minnesota respectively.
