ZSC Lions are the first winner of the European Hockey Champions League. They did so by defeating Russian powerhouse Metallurg Magnitogorsk 5-0 at home in the second game of the two-game final after a first game 2-2 draw away. The underdog Lions were solid throughout the championship defeating a strong Finnish team from Espoo both home and away to get to the finals. Zurich has been training regularly with Hasanen Power Wear this season.
